Technical Digital Marketing Manager

Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our 2025 marketing roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department: 

Main responsibilities


  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content across all digital channels in various formats: articles, videos, photos as well as e-books, guides, and webinars. 
  • Plan actions aimed at increasing brand visibility in online and offline media. 
  • Develop growth digital strategies to generate demand. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Tasks


  • Website maintenance through WordPress and newsletter management through CRM Odoo.
  • Create and manage content for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that the design of digital platforms is in line with the Brand Guidelines.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the customers needs and create content for each touchpoint 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your Profile


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years)
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Online marketing and SEO skills
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research 
  • Great knowledge of WordPress
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn growth hacking technics and planning (scraping, Sales navigator, Expandi etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong experience in Media Traffic Management planning tools (Metricool or similar tool) 
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP/CRM
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
