To drive rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and talented Growth Hacker to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities

                       

  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content across all digital channels in various formats: articles, videos, photos as well as e-books, guides, and webinars.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns: Lead Generation, User Acquisition, User Engagement (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, partnerships).
  • Data Analysis, A/B Testing.
  • Automate marketing processes for efficiency using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Conversion Optimization by analyzing user journeys to identify friction points and propose improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Tasks

  •  Website maintenance through WordPress and newsletter management through CRM Odoo.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that the design of digital platforms is in line with the Brand Guidelines.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the customers’ needs and create content for each touchpoint.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Great knowledge of WordPress.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn growth hacking technics and planning (scraping, Sales navigator, Expandi etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web
    Trends).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong experience in Media Traffic Management planning tools (Metricool or similar tool).
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP/CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Bilingual FRENCH and ENGLISH.
