- To support our development, we are seeking a qualified Dealmaker to join our team : Freelance position
- Rodschinson intends to strengthen its local presence and seeks to collaborate with a senior professional freelancer to develop its business network and delegate deals that do not fall within the area of expertise of other offices.
- The professional will be mainly considered as an Ambassador.

Skills and experience
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the management of key accounts (Investment Banking, private equity, big four of management consulting firms)
- A “Pitbull” trading mindset
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives & partners.
- Verbal communication skills, including interfacing with site and local leaders.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Acquired commercial dynamics.
- Persuasion and influencing skills.
- Strong business and communications skills.
- Autonomy & Flexibility.
- Good presentation meeting client’s standards.
