Rodschinson Investment is an international company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our 2024 roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.

To support the development of our activities in real estate, we are recruiting a Trilingual Office Manager based in Brussels - Bastion Tower, with a strong experience in real estate to assist, support and advise the team in Belgium in the daily tasks.

We need an organized and professional person to handle various tasks, and all intern coordination of the company. 

Tasks


  • Facilities Management (office operations).
  • Managing corporate clients.
  • Managing and supporting on the field agents of the company.
  • Human Resources Management: Assist in the recruitment process, onboard new employees, manage leave schedules.
  • Detection of needs.
  • Market research.
  • Competition analysis.
  • Preparation of a market offer.
  • Clients’ follow-up by phone and email.
  • Search and targeting of prospects via internet and other databases.
  • Preparation of project contents and guidance notes.
  • Administration, agenda management, correspondance, communication, presentations

Your Profile


  • Master's degree (university, or business school) in economics, finance or engineering.
  • 10 years’ experience in Real Estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH and FLEMISH.
  • Full computer literacy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail.
  •  Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement processes.
