Rodschinson Investment is a leading international company specializing in Investment and Real Estate. As part of our business development, we are recruiting an English-speaking Sales Account Manager.
Under the supervision of the director, as a Sales Account Manager, you will manage new key accounts (hotels, retirement homes, development projects) and ensure the follow-up of existing accounts.
Tasks:
- Manage prospects and properties in the portfolio from the team's prospecting efforts.
- Manage your client and property database.
- Receive calls or contact clients by phone.
- Prepare and follow up on client files.
- Provide client advice and manage negotiations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with our clients.
- Lead and assist your team through meetings and individual interviews.
- Report in writing on the results of your interventions (orders, appointments, etc.).
- Participate in the training process.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, law, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a marketing/commercial environment.
- Perfect command of English (without an accent) with excellent writing skills and excellent knowledge of French.
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Strong experience with computer tools.
- A talent for convincing over the phone.
- Great patience on the phone.
