Rodschinson Investment is an international Company specialized in mergers & acquisitions of corporate entities and capital raising related to various sectors of activities. Our firm is also strongly involved in large Real Estate projects around the world.
As part of the development of our activities, Rodschinson Investment’s Team is looking for a Real Estate Valuation Officer to support the current and future developments of its activity.
As assistant, you will be tasked with end-to-end property valuation report preparation including research, inspection, reporting and liaising with clients. You will be mentored by a director and spend your time gaining practical, hands-on experience along with various accounting tasks.
Tasks
- Conduct market research and working on valuation model
- Prepare in-depth valuations, and other financial analysis
- Calculate financial metrics, assisting with the annual business plan and valuation process
- Construct financial statements in Excel, and preparing M&A reports
- Underwrite models to reflect asset performance and changes in the market environment
- Communicate financial patterns, insights, and discrepancies
- Various Accounting tasks
- Present financial topics (macroeconomic situation, financial market developments, investment proposals etc.) both orally and in writing, adapt the report according to the project
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in master program at a leading institution or university, or last year of well ranked Business School in, economics, finance, finance engineer, a CFA or CAIA certification is a plus
- At least an experience in portfolio management or in financial analysis, portfolio construction, ALM experience is a plus
- French and English are a must
- Advanced level of skills in using Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Bloomberg and a good ability to deal with new applications
- Proficiency in Python and Data Base management
- Hands-on experience on Excel VBA
- Autonomous and know how to show team spirit
- A strong quantitative and analytical mind
- Able to handle different problems at the same time
