Context
- We have customers who wish to acquire or sell real estate assets for personal use such as apartments, houses, villas or other similar types of assets. Spread over the entire Belgium, we would like to assign these assets to professionals who are interested in following up our existing prospects.
- As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting a Real Estate Agent:
Freelance or permanent position
The candidates do not necessarily have to be IPI, they will be recruited in this case under a permanent contract.
Tasks
- Manage the prospects and assets in our portfolio
- Estimation of assets
- Management of your customers and assets database
- Assets preparation and follow-up
- Customer consulting and negotiations management
- Maintaining long term and strong client relationships
Your profile
- Good business sense
- French or Dutch speaker, with a very good knowledge of the second language
- Sense of contact, negotiator, diplomat
- Acquired business dynamism
- Respectful and customer-focused
- Strong business and communication skills
- Flexible, enthusiastic and convincing
- Willing to follow trainings
- Good presentation
