Context
- As we are expanding our activities, we are looking for a Managing Partner in Real Estate and Finance who will be responsible for one of our 20 existing divisions or one of our 9 regions in Belgium.
- Position based in Brussels, at the Bastion Tower.
Responsibilities
- Manage leads, clients and asset files in portfolio
- With the team of valuation experts, estimate assets for new missions
- Manage your clients and assets database
- Prepare and follow-up the assets in portfolio
- Advise clients and manage negotiations from signing the sales contract to closing the deals
- Maintain long term relationships with our clients
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, identify and oversee all aspects to be covered for your division or region
- Represent the company at local and regional events related to your division or region.
Qualifications
- Have a trading mindset
- At least 15 years’ experience in managing key account customers
- At least 5 years’ experience in finance, banking or real estate
- University/Master's degree (Baccalaureate + 5 years)
- Autonomous
- French or Dutch speaking, with a very good knowledge of the second language!
- Sense of contact, negotiator, diplomat
- Acquired business thrust
- Strong trading and communications skills
- Flexible, enthusiastic and convincing
- Willingness to follow training courses
- Good presentation skills
