Rodschinson Investment is a leading international company specializing in Investment and Real Estate. As part of our 2024 roadmap, we are expanding our global business segments and enhancing our services.
To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Managing Director / CTO to spearhead our new Data Intelligence Business Company. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our operations and execution of our new project focused on Data and Intelligent Business solutions.
This role requires an ambitious, driven, and self-motivated individual capable of managing and implementing advanced tech solutions.
Tasks:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the Data Intelligence Business segment, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
Oversee the execution of data-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technology solutions to drive business efficiency and growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and vendors, to enhance business opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and business continuity.
Manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and ensure profitable project execution.
Your Profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other intelligent business solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH.
