- Demonstrated experience in recruiting a variety of roles with various skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, timely, cost-effective recruitment and screening of qualified candidates from sourcing through the hiring process
- Partner with managers to determine staffing needs
- Source candidates for various roles (in Belgium and International level)
- Assemble, review, and post job descriptions for open roles
- Review applicants to determine whether they meet the job requirements
- Screen candidates with online interviews
- Coordinate additional interviews with managers
- Administer assessments (such as writing tests) for each role as needed
- Various office administrative tasks
- Staff supervision
- Provide support to Company’s operations
- Scheduling and assigning employees and following up on projects results
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising projects results
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Attracting suitable candidates through different platforms
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Your profile
- Proven track record for producing hiring results
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting a variety of roles with various skill set.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Fluency in French and English
