Context
As part of the development of a new project of a crowdfunding platform in Real Estate Business, we are recruiting a FinTech Analyst.
FinTech is an area of our business that is hugely growing, and we are looking to recruit an ambitious, driven and self-motivated individual to continue looking at tech solutions that we can utilize within our successful partnership.
In this role of FinTech Analyst, you will be developing the business case for digital opportunities that have the greatest impact across both our commercial and residential business. You will understand, interpret and identify solutions to business challenges, challenging assumptions and encouraging change through collaboration. In this role, you will provide analysis and insight to support projects both business wide and on a more ad-hoc basis.
Responsibilities (Tasks)
- Undertake regular market mapping / engagement to identify and monitor entrants or initiatives that can be of benefit to Real Assets and/or the built environment.
- Keeping informed of latest developments in FinTech and providing communication to the relevant departments within the business.
- Attend FinTech or wider technology events to monitor the latest trends that will affect real estate.
- Host pitches from start-ups looking to collaborate with our business and be the point of contact throughout the process.
- Interpret findings and communicate to the Real Assets division key themes and challenges to be overcome in the near and future.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on current and future initiatives.
- Define problems through proactive investigations and find relevant partners and solutions to address / resolve identified.
- Lead small ad-hoc agile projects when they arise, including time sensitive outcomes.
- Run early adoption labs to deliver fast and valuable feedback for solution adoption or investment assessments.
Competences and required experiences
- Business school degree (bachelor or Master’s degree)
- Experience of working in a similar FinTech Analyst role and will be a passionate individual who has a keen interest in FinTech and driving innovation and technology.
- Ability to project manage various projects at one time.
- Must be a clear communicator who can build effective relationships with your stakeholders.
