Contributing to our development roadmap we are strengthening our local presence in Dubai through BARINGS & BARCLAY (www.baringsbarclay.com), a new real estate agency.
We are looking for a real estate agent BASED IN DUBAI, with experience on Dubai market, who would represent Barings & Barclay, follow up on our clients, vendors and presenting the assets to potential investors, off-plan properties and secondary market, mainly residential assets such as apartments, houses or villas.

Follow-up on our clients, vendors of real estate assets
Presenting assets to potential investors
Manage prospects, leads, clients and assets in our portfolio
Estimation of assets
Customer consulting and negotiations management
Maintaining long term and strong client relationships
