Context


    Rodschinson intends to strengthen its local presence in Dubai through BARINGS & BARCLAY, a new real estate agency. We are looking for a senior professional based in Dubai, with experience in Dubai Real Estate Marketto ensure the role of Real Estate Agency Manager (Corporate Real Estate – Hotels – Logistics).


    Serving as a Manager of the new office, you will manage all aspects of the operations and executions of the local branch.


    As a new local service with an already existing marketing, IT and sales department, the co-manager will set-up and implement all required tools to deliver outstanding real estate agency services.

Tasks


    • Manage leads, clients and asset files in portfolio
    • Manage your leads, clients and assets database
    • Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution from “pitch” to closing
    • Develop and maintain client and prospect relationships by focusing on long-term strategy and objectives
    • Develop strong relationships across the Company franchise to help drive new opportunities and expand the Company brand
    • Demonstrates compliance with all regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes
    • Follows all Company policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training
    • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert
    • Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Company corporate culture in all actions and words
    • Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate
    • Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements, while timely keeping Partners informed of progress
    • Ability to develop financial models, especially integrated P&L with balance sheets and cash flows.
    • Implement a key account acquisition strategy
    • Collaborate with Rodschinson's international teams on global deals
    • May perform other duties as assigned

Your skills and experience


    • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or another relevant field, required
    • 5+ years of relevant experience on Dubai real estate market
    • Currently based in Dubai
    • Perfect fluency in English and French
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
    • A “Pitbull” trading mindset
    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives & partners
    • Verbal communication skills, including interfacing with site and local leaders
    • Proven negotiation skills
    • Acquired commercial dynamics
    • Persuasion and influencing skills
    • Strong business and communications skills
    • Good presentation meeting client’s standard
