CORPORATE REAL ESTATE MANAGER (Casablanca)
Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. As part of our 2025 strategic roadmap, we are developing a comprehensive overview of our business segments and associated services.
Reporting to the Director, you will serve as Corporate Real Estate Manager, responsible for identifying and managing strategic real estate opportunities across key sectors such as hotels, nursing homes, and development projects.
Your role will include maintaining and expanding relationships with existing corporate clients, acquiring new accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and portfolio management.
Tasks
- Manage leads, clients and asset files in portfolio
- Manage your leads, clients and assets database
- Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution from “pitch” to closing
- Develop and maintain client and prospect relationships by focusing on long-term strategy and objectives
- Develop strong relationships across the Company franchise to help drive new opportunities and expand the Company brand
- Demonstrates compliance with all regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes
- Follows all Company policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert
- Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Company corporate culture in all actions and words
- Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate
- Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements, while timely keeping Partners informed of progress
- Ability to develop financial models, especially integrated P&L with balance sheets and cash flows.
- Implement a key account acquisition strategy
- Collaborate with Rodschinson's international teams on global deals
- May perform other duties as assigned
Your skills and experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance or another relevant field, required
- 5+ years of relevant experience on real estate market
- Perfect fluency in English and French
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
- A “Pitbull” trading mindset
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives & partners
- Proven negotiation skills
- Acquired commercial dynamics
- Persuasion and influencing skills
- Strong business and communications skills
