Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our 2024 roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of business segments and related services.
To support our activity development, we are recruiting an Administrative and ERP Helpdesk Assistant to mainly support:
- Our Sales Department in their daily tasks and reporting
- and our IT Department as back-office / liaison for our ERP applications users
We need an organized and professional individual to handle various tasks and assist in the internal coordination of the company.
Tasks
- Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and operations
- Assist in the preparation of regular sales documentation and presentations
- Preparation of project contents and guidance notes
- Organize and schedule appointments, conference calls etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters
- Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, and/or other documents
- Monitor the performance and compliance with procedures and KPIs of collaborators in various departments
- Participate in or perform functional analysis of requirements
- Implementing and optimizing procedures
- Participate in the team’s training process
- Support the IT and Operations Departments as back-office assistant to our ERP applications users
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH
- Experience with CRM and ERP applications
- Executive or Administrative assistant experienceFull computer literacy, sense of technology and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in Marketing or Finance is a plus
- Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
- Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement processes
