Administrative Assistant

Rodschinson is a global company specialized in Investment & Real Estate. Contributing to our 2023 roadmap we are setting up a global panorama of our business segments and related services.

To support our activity development, we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to assist our Management and the Back Office Department in their daily tasks.

We need an organized and professional Assistant to handle various tasks and assist in intern coordination of the company.

TASKS

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Assist in the preparation of regular presentations
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Carry out administrative duties
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Book conference calls, meeting rooms, etc
  • Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters
  • Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, and/or other document processing

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perfect fluency in FRENCH and ENGLISH
  • Prior experience in Marketing or Finance
  • Administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
  • Strategic understanding of business processes to identify improvement processes.
